How do I create a ticket?

Go to My Tickets → Click Create Ticket → Fill up the form and submit.

What do ticket statuses mean?
  • Open – Ticket submitted
  • Pending – Waiting for response
  • In Progress – Being worked on
  • Resolved – Issue fixed
  • Closed – Ticket completed
How long does it take to resolve a ticket?

It depends on the issue, but most tickets are resolved within 24–48 hours.
